WillI love fitness - what else can I say? I enjoy running, push-ups, chin-ups, sit ups, squats and any other activity I can fit in my schedule. I've completed P90X and would like to do it again in the near future.

I started running in 2008 after walking many miles on a treadmill. My first runs were 1 mile and gradually increased until to 3 miles per day several times per week. Because I am over 40, I consulted with an exercise expert (my sister) who gave me some tips and pointed me to some very cool websites.

I track my running statistics including time, distance, average pace, speed, average BPM, BMI, calories burned.  Along the way I set a goal to get my average pace down below 10 minutes per mile (I started running at over 15 minutes per mile!) I can now say that I am able to run 9 minute miles comfortably. I have been known to run 8:30 minute miles or less. In fact, I averaged 8:17 minutes per mile at my last half marathon.

I run 4-5 days per week and exercise 5-6 times per week!
